Flewd's homepage was locked in a page-builder app, making it slow and hard to maintain. We rebuilt it with native Shopify sections, redesigned the PDP with a mobile-first layout, and migrated the checkout to Shopify 2.0 with upsells, a progress bar, and trust badges. Conversion improved immediately after launch.
Custom App: Automated Course Access & 30-Day Grace Period
Absolute Dogs sells dog training courses and memberships. Managing access tags manually as customers bought, upgraded, or cancelled was unworkable at scale. We built a custom app using Shopify webhooks and the Admin API to auto-tag customers on purchase and automatically remove access 30 days after a subscription cancels — a streaming-service-style grace period with zero staff involvement.
